Charitable Low-Cost Acupuncture Service
Currently, our nonprofit organization is short on funds, and many patients are unable to afford high-cost acupuncture therapy. Consequently, we will provide acupuncture service at a lower fee. In this way, it will benefit our nonprofit organization and serve patients who have lower incomes. All earnings will be used to assist our nonprofit organization to support the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 電子醫療諮詢服務專科
為了更好地為民眾提供醫療諮詢服務，本報已開設電子醫療諮詢服務專科。
本報及其所屬的美國 傳統醫藥學院醫療中心中醫診所位於洛杉磯縣的柔似蜜市，附近的居民前來就診多不成問題，但遠離此地的居民則無法前來。為了讓遠地的民眾也能享受到中醫藥防
病治病的好處，本報及美國醫學科學中心中醫診所特開設電子醫療諮詢服務專科，凡有病需要診治而不便前來的民眾，可將自己的詳細病情（中、英文皆可）通過電 子信件或傳真傳至本報，也可用普通信件寄來，或通過電話交流。
本報收到你的信息後，將儘快作出分析、中醫診斷，並開出處方。如需寄中藥者，並可通過UPS於次日寄出。請各位多多利用此項服務。
目前，此項服務由著名的中醫學家包克新中醫師主持。
美國醫學科學中心包克新中醫師簡介：
包克新醫生先後畢業於中國成立最早的五大中醫大學之一成都中醫學院與中國中醫最高研究、教育、醫療機構中國國家衛生部直屬中國中醫研究院研究生部（北京），並經美國南卡醫科大學（ＭＵＳＣ）博士後訓練，具碩士、博士學位。
包克新醫師曾在 中國暨南大學醫學院中醫教研室（及附屬醫院針灸科）與美國南卡醫科大學神經科、物理治療科、精神行為科學科任針灸中醫講師、主治醫師及神經心理學與針刺治
痛研究員，為美國醫學科學中心臨床部主任醫師、美國南加州中醫針灸大學教師，並擔任了部份美國國家衛生研究院（ＮＩＨ）的學術工作。包醫師具有二十餘年的 臨床、教學與科研經驗，其業績被載入了中國大陸出版的《中國當代中醫名人誌》。
包醫師還是美國 國家衛生研究院他種醫學（包括中醫針灸）科研基金評審組成員、美國《中醫科學》報（雜誌）總編輯、中國中醫研究院客座教授、中國珠海國際中醫針灸學院教

目前試行的低廉的收費標準是：每診第一頁紙收費40元，每增加一頁紙增收5元。電話問診者，通話半小時內按一頁紙計算，即收費40元，每增加十分鐘增收5元。中藥費按製藥廠的零售價收取，寄費從3元起，費用可通過電話落實。經濟的確困難者，費用還可協商。
收費辦法：接收信用卡及支票。我們確認您的信用卡或收到您的支票後，即可立即寄出中藥，如不願取藥而只求處方者即可立即電傳或寄出處方。
